    We only take on jobs where we’ve got local experts based close, so you always get fast response and fair call-out costs.

  • Our customer service team is around Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6:00pm, and Saturday, 9:00am–1:00pm.
    We know life doesn’t always stick to office hours, so jobs can be booked any time — even evenings or weekends.
    Drop us a message after hours, and we’ll get back to you first thing the next morning.

    Because we buy in bulk from trusted trade suppliers, we usually get better prices than retail.
    A small mark-up helps us manage orders, quality checks, and warranty follow-ups.

    Every job we do is backed by our Handy’s Guarantee, which covers all labour for six months (unless agreed otherwise).

    For bigger projects or when parts need to be ordered halfway through, we may ask for a small deposit or stage payment to keep things rolling smoothly.

  • Once the job’s complete, you’ll get an email with your invoice and payment link.
    You can settle up online using Visa, Mastercard, or BACS transfer — whatever’s easiest for you.
    We’ll also send your job report at the same time, so everything’s in one place and easy to track.

  • No, sorry — no cash payments.
    It keeps things secure for everyone and makes sure your Handy’s Guarantee stays valid.
    If you pay a tradesperson directly in cash (or outside our system), we can’t protect the work under warranty — and your tradesperson could be breaking their service agreement.

  • We like to look after our regulars.
    Once you’ve had your first job done, you’ll automatically get a return-customer discount on our standard rates.
    For anything else, have a chat with your tradesman on-site — we’re always happy to consider reasonable requests, especially for repeat work or bigger projects.
