We'll give you an honest indication of likely costs based on what you tell us. Some jobs need to be seen before a final price can be confirmed — and we'll tell you that upfront rather than guess a number that changes on the day.
We'll make sure we send the right person for the right job. And if anything changes before your booking — you'll be the first to know.
While we’re there
Our team turns up on time. If something genuinely unavoidable causes a delay — you'll get a call.
We arrive prepared. Whether it's an emergency plumbing call-out , a bathroom installation or a handyman job — the right tools, the right skills, ready to work.
If something unexpected comes up that affects the work or the price — you'll hear about it before we carry on. Not after. Not on the invoice.
When the work is done our team walks you through what was done and why. Old-school courtesy — it still matters.
